Imagine a World of Women Who Trust Themselves

Tell me: do you trust yourself?

For many of us, trusting ourselves feels dangerous. I know it did for me – for a very long time.

And with good reason:

🔥 Trusting yourself is a brave act in a world that asks us to fit in, not stand out..

It’s choosing to live loudly and honestly and openly, with no apologies or explanations, in a world that expects you to stay small and justify your every choice.

🔥 Trusting yourself can mean rebelling against – or extracting yourself from – systems of harm.

It goes against the grain of what we’re conditioned to believe we should do. It flies in the face of the implicit and explicit expectations and agreements we have with the people in our lives.

🔥 Trusting yourself is being on your own side, even when the media, our culture – and sometimes our own inner circle – ask us to self-abandon.

It’s choosing to stay with yourself, even/especially when you make mistakes or life gets hard. It’s believing in the inherent value of you: your wisdom, your experience, your point of view, your feelings, and your decisions.

🔥 Trusting yourself is stepping into your power as an embodied and authentic woman.

It’s owning your worthiness and claiming The Truth: that only you can know what’s right for you.

So yeah, I’m not surprised if you say that trusting yourself doesn’t come naturally!

And yet, learning to trust yourself – to be and do all the things listed above – is required when you’re designing your career and life.

After all, this is your life… shouldn’t you get to live it your way?

This comes up in many different scenarios for my clients, but one of the most common is when you’re facing a big decision or major life change:

  • How do you know what’s right for you?

  • What if you make a mistake?

  • What will people think if you try and fail?

  • Will this work?

Sure, you can develop criteria (and trust me, it helps!). You can scenario plan and examine different choices. You can even start experimenting with a direction and see what happens.

➡️ But applying your criteria relies on trusting yourself to know and honor what you want.

➡️ Scenario planning relies on trusting yourself to evaluate your options wisely.

➡️ Experimenting relies on trusting yourself to pivot if things don’t work out the way you expect.

The foundation of every meaningful career and life change is trusting yourself. It’s that simple, but as we know – it’s not always easy.

One of the best places to begin is in a safe conversation with someone who’s walked this path, too.

Someone who will listen more than talk.

Who will ask powerful questions.

Who is showing up in service of you: your vision, your hopes, your growth.

Someone like me 💕

For almost a decade I have guided women to make choices that align not only with their dreams, but with who they want to be.

And – I truly believe this is why I do the work I do.

My vision is a world of women who trust themselves.

✨ To make decisions, and make money.

✨ To dream big dreams, and make a big impact.

✨ To support one another, and to be supported.

✨ To serve our planet, and to create a world for future generations’ thriving.

My wish is for you to trust yourself. And, if you’re ready, I’m committed to helping you do it.
