Leaders Supporting Leaders

This year I have two priorities on my radar:

Learning + Community

For the past few years, I haven't had much interest in expanding in these ways... different priorities, different season in life.

But something has shifted for me and in me, and now I just can't seem to get enough!

In just the first 6 weeks of 2026, I've joined or created opportunities to learn in community with other expert facilitators, with female business owners and leaders, with local artists, and even with Tarot readers and other intuitives.

I've reconnected with long-time friends and dear family, and spent deep, intentional time exchanging stories and memories with them.

I've picked up new books and revisited some of my old favorites, and I'm connecting dots and ideas that I hadn't seen before.

I'm asking for help from people I trust, and I'm showing up for friends and neighbors in small and big ways.

And along the way I'm learning about myself, my purpose and my vision – every single day.

In the abstract, Learning and Community sound like nice 'guiding principles' for my year. But the experience of actually immersing myself in them has been so much more fulfilling, so much more revelatory than I initially expected.

So here’s my question to you: What space are you making for Learning and Community this year?

Try This Out

For my part, I’m not just joining learning communities. I’m creating them.

As a coach and facilitator, I get a front row seat to the themes, topics and challenges facing leaders in organizations today:

Adapting to change

Managing risk

Building trust

Designing culture, and more.

This has helped me see that today’s leaders are craving a space to explore, learn and share – together.

Enter the Innovative Leadership Salon Series – a free, monthly conversation, facilitated by me, for leaders who are navigating uncertainty, managing competing priorities, and holding questions that don’t have easy answers.

Our first Salon on February 26th is How Change Actually Happens: Diagnosing Where You’re Stuck and What to Do About it.

I hope you can join us!

What To Do Next

If you’ve experienced working with me and you find yourself thinking:

“I know exactly who would benefit from this,”

I encourage you to share this invitation with them.

This community learning series is going to grow through word-of-mouth – leaders inviting other leaders into a room that feels rare, useful, and well-held. Thank you for your help spreading the word!

If Learning and Community are your bucket list for 2026, I’d really love to have you join us!

Onward,
