I’m writing today with a reminder that I needed earlier this week, and that maybe you need, too:
It’s already working
The career shifts you’re planning. The new business you’re exploring. The new relationship you’re ready for.
It’s already working.
I’ve been running my own business for 9 years, and for most of those years, I’d wonder to myself: “Is this going to work?”
Whether it was a new strategy, a new marketing plan, a new coaching offer, or my revenue goals, I always asked the same thing: will it work?
Now I know the truth: make the decision, commit to the plan – and you can trust it’s already working.
This proved true last week for a new coaching client who, in a session with me, decided she was ready to quit her job. Two weeks later, she had an unexpected – and amazing – offer in hand.
It’s also proven true for many of my other clients:
“D” decided to launch her consulting business, and landed her first client in record speed.
“S” decided she wanted a new job by the time she went on summer holiday – and found herself toasting to her new offer while on a European vacation.
“A” decided to be more visible and start claiming her identity as a speaker, and just this week gave her biggest keynote to date.
Ok, real talk: I’m “A.”
And yes – I found myself this week, standing in front of a room full of incredible women leaders, and I knew:
It’s already working.
Do you ever find yourself wondering if your plan is working?
Like an iceberg in the ocean, we can only ever see what’s above the surface…which leaves a lot of room for wondering, worrying and stressing.
Am I making progress? Will my big break come soon?
And I want to remind you:
All the goodness you’ve dreamed of…
The new job, the new opportunities, more money, more impact, more meaning
…it’s already on its way to you.
It’s already working.
Decide. Commit.
Keep going.

Don’t be surprised by how quickly the Universe responds once you have decided.
