Reflection is one of the most underutilized tools in our “life design toolkit.”
It helps us pause and be present.
It guides us to turn inward and get reacquainted with our inner voice.
And it supports us to know what’s true and authentic for ourselves...which is perhaps the sweetest gift of all.
In this deck you’ll find 35 abstract watercolors – handpainted by me – and accompanying words for reflection. These words have special meaning to me…they are wishes, aspirations, and ways of being and living that have been my own source of reflection over the years.
